At Musical Theatre East, our mission is to be shining lights on and off of the stage. This means honoring God through fostering creativity, confidence and excellence through theatre in a Christ-centered environment. Our goal is to inspire through the power of storytelling, instilling a passion for the performing arts in participants and audience members alike. We want to build a supportive, family-oriented community, cultivating servant hearts and a culture of kindness and generosity. Come join the MTE family!

To be a shining light to honor God, on and off of the stage.

We are called to be the light of the world. We need to remember that we may be the only Jesus that someone sees in their life. Set yourself apart and be that shining light to others through how we conduct ourselves on and off of the stage.
To inspire excellence, humbleness and graciousness.

Excellence- We will push our students to their full potential, and expect hard work & dedication from them as they use their God-given talents to put on a great show.
