We can't wait to welcome you to a Musical Theatre East production! Please review the following policies before attending to help us create a wonderful theatre experience for everyone.

Children & Infants

We welcome patrons of all ages to enjoy our productions! All children ages 3 and older must have their own ticket and seat. Children under 3 may attend free of charge when seated on a parent or guardian's lap.

For the enjoyment of all patrons and performers, we ask that children remain seated and quiet throughout the performance. If your child becomes restless or disruptive, please temporarily step outside until they are ready to return. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Refunds & Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. You are not eligible to receive a refund or any type of compensation if you cannot or do not attend a performance for any reason. 

 

Ticket exchanges may be requested for another performance of the same production if done at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.​

Late Arrivals

We encourage all patrons to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before showtime to allow plenty of time for parking, ticket check-in, and seating. Performances begin promptly at the scheduled time. To minimize distractions for our performers and audience, patrons arriving after the performance has begun may be asked to wait until an appropriate break in the show before being seated.
